Neat hotel in a neat building. Perfect and magnificent location not very far from Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck. A wide range of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The service was friendly with parking on-site. Pretty friendly and excellent staff was available all the time. Location: the hotel was next to shopping mall, good public transport, and motorway and Johnsonville shopping centre: D

The accommodation was spacious and clean - just as we expected, having stayed at Best Western Hotels before. It was in the centre of Johnsonville which is exactly where we wanted to be.

It was a shame that The Holy Bible had been replaced with LDS literature - ever hotel we have ever stayed in throughout the world has a Gideons Bible!

no complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectation, can't recommend highly enough it. the location was marvellous and absolutely perfect: a supermarket and a convenience shop were within walking distance. the hotel was a cosy base for enjoying a great area.

They were consistent in room quality and everything in the room was handy to use. Nothing was out of place or missing. Staff was helpful and ready to help me with anything. They were also looking at ways to make things better! As a result, I felt safe! .

Location was convenient as we needed to stay in Johnsonville and it was close to motorway access.

the hotel has spacious and fairly quiet rooms with tea, extra space, the kitchen.

The bed in the single room was very comfy, and it included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. the staff members were fairly friendly, amiable, and extremely helpful. They also offered wake-up service.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were brought to the romm on time.
